Bartender

About the role

We are now hiring bartenders for our new Casey's Tavern in East Ann Arbor. Since 1986, Casey's Tavern has been known for its "Lots of Good Cheap Food and Dozens of Beers" and its "Best Burger in Town Award" winning burgers. Located in the historic Depot Street building, Casey's Tavern offers a casual, friendly atmosphere with an eclectic menu including deli sandwiches, salads, fish and steaks, vegetarian options, creative appetizers, and delicious desserts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to both guests and fellow staff members
• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of alcohol service laws

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
