Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Help develop & maintain a cocktail menu that complements Thai cuisine, incorporating fresh & unique flavors and ingredients.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining and drinking experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, including stocking ingredients, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow all food safety and liquor laws, including checking IDs and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Process payments and manage transactions accurately.
• Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to provide seamless service.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering, and restocking as needed.
• Contribute to a friendly and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bar tending experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and drink presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
