About the role

As a Bartender at Six Flags Frontier City, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by serving refreshing beverages in a fast-paced, high-energy water park environment. You’ll create memorable moments for guests by providing friendly and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Six Flags standards
• Provide outstanding guest service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area(s), including stocking and sanitation
• Accurately handle all credit card transactions and POS system operations
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements
• Monitor guest behavior and escalate concerns when necessary
• Support other associates and assist in other Food & Beverage areas as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous bartending or Food & Beverage experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Must be reliable, team-oriented and maintain a positive attitude
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions
• Must complete ServSafe Alcohol Certification
• Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Beverage Employee License from the State of Oklahoma ABLE Commission
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
