Barrell Zinc Operator- Machine Operator
About the role
All new hires will complete training on the 1st shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Training may last up to 15 weeks. After completing training, you will move to the hired shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment
- Ensure product quality
- Support efficient manufacturing operations
- Loading and unloading parts
- Maintain cycle times
- Perform inspections to meet safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, OR a 1-year technical certificate, OR equivalent combination
- Machine aptitude (preferred)
- Troubleshooting experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to: Lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and 100 lbs occasionally, Stand for extended periods, Walk, bend, twist, and use hands frequently, Work in high temperatures (100–120°F near machines)

Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday ($22.00/hr)
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Sunday-Thursday ($23.00/hr)
