Role: Experienced Dozer Operator supporting heavy civil construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Responsibilities Safely operate dozers for site preparation, grading, cut-and-fill, and roadwork.Work from stakes, plans, GPS, or laser controls to ensure precision.Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and report maintenance needs.Follow strict safety and environmental standards.Collaborate with foremen and crew members on job sites. Qualifications & Skills Experience operating dozers in heavy civil construction.Knowledge of site prep, grading, and roadwork procedures.Ability to read plans and use GPS or laser controls.Commitment to safety and environmental protocols.Strong teamwork and communication skills.
