Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work in a safely conscious manner.
• Perform assigned work to specify quality and production standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools used by the individual in a clean condition.
• Prepare and/or maintain all documentation necessary to the duties of the job classification.
• Communicate on a timely basis to all relevant personnel any issues found during the daily processing of product and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Record keeping as required.
• Work with others across payrolls, functions, and shifts to solve problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Previously helped a position demonstrating the ability to perform basic adjustments and operate manufacturing machinery.
• Satisfactory completion of company-provided outside training demonstrating some machine skills.
• Knowledge equivalent to that required in the Machine Operator classification.
