Barista/To Go Specialist

We're looking for individuals who love making someone's day. Join our team and craft exceptional coffee, juices, smoothies & cafe bites with even better energy. This is a barista-forward role where you'll lead the guest experience from the cafe while supporting our fast-paced to-go program and catering orders.
Recipe For Success
- Prior barista and food service experience
- Comfortable in high-volume and fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Confident multitasker who communicates clearly
- Interest in learning all café positions (counter, register, drink prep, food handling)
Preparation of drinks & food to company and food safety requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in counter throughout each shift.
Take & package accurate takeout/to-go orders (phone, online, and in person) with strong attention to detail
Manage and monitor KDS system
Communicate and coordinate clearly with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy
Oversee catering orders from preparation through packaging
