About the role
As a Crew Member, you will prepare products according to operational and quality standards, serving them with enthusiasm in a clean and fast-paced environment. Whether working in an on-trend national brand or an iconic local concept, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of their arrival.
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle money, process credit and debit card transactions, and make change while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products, making recommendations to guests, especially regarding potential food allergens.
- Uphold the highest safety and health standards to maintain a comfortable environment for customers, particularly as airport travel returns to normalcy post-COVID-19.
