About the role

A day in the life as a barista includes preparing and serving beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, and drink preparation and products, assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and handling of food items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items following all recipe standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service daily
• Educate customers about coffee, tea, and other products with enthusiasm
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and stocking tasks
• Handle food items safely and according to regulations

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule
• Possession of a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
• 1+ year of experience in food service or hospitality is preferred

Pay

Pay range: $17.95 - $18.65 hourly. Offers depend on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
