About the role

The Barista position at Brock & Company is a full-time, benefits-eligible role located within a vibrant private school community. This role offers competitive pay starting at $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve high-quality coffee beverages, cappuccinos, teas, and smoothies to all customers.
• Organize and stock supplies, ensuring the coffee bar is clean and safe according to supervisor instructions and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Clean and maintain all equipment at the station, including the coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino machine, juicer, spoons, spatulas, and brushes, on a scheduled basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner.
