About the role

Brock & Company is seeking a friendly, energetic Barista to join our vibrant private-school community. We are a premier provider of contract food management to corporations and private and independent schools in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate amounts of product to include coffees, syrups, teas, fruits, vegetables, juices, yogurts and condiments to be used in the making of beverages.
• Ensure that the coffee bar is kept clean and safe via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety and food handling regulations.
• Absolutely clean and maintain all equipment at station to include coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino machine, juicer, spoons, spatulas and brushes.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner.

Requirements

• Compensation details: 20-20 Hourly Wage

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.
