Barista - Part Time

Role Overview: This position involves preparing coffee and food items, operating cash registers, and delivering courteous customer service in a retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare beverages and food according to standards, handle transactions efficiently, stock and rotate merchandise, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and communicate store programs and promotions to customers. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of retail experience recommended. Strong communication, customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting. The work environment includes varied temperatures and potential exposure to outside weather. Additional Notes: Adherence to safety, food handling, and PPE guidelines is mandatory.
