Barista - Parisi Coffee

Responsibilities & Duties

• Cater to guests' needs by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Take orders with attention to detail, including preferences for coffee blends, dairy, and sugar ratios.
• Provide menu recommendations and additional information.
• Prepare coffee using various techniques and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain inventory and manage storage and supplies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment (post-offer) background check.
• Experience as a Barista preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours.
• Licensed to work in the U.S.
