Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in a kitchen area is required.
• Must understand unit measurements such as ounces, pounds, cups, etc.
• Must know how to use a scale.
• Must have knowledge of Food Safety – HACCP and a “Serv Safe” food safety course material or certificate.
• Must possess food preparation skills.
