Barista ** NO WEEKENDS**

At Lori’s Recharged, you’ll provide a trusted place for joy and support when people need it most. You’ll deliver products and services that nurture, inspire, and comfort while creating and serving delicious beverages in a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by practicing GUEST standards (Greet, Understand, Educate, Suggest, and Thank)
• Take guest orders and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Attention to detail for accurate order taking and preparation
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations preferred

Physical Demands

• Standing on feet up to eight hours per day
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Lifting objects, ice, products, and boxes up to 30 lbs
• Working in a small space
