Pay
Starting wage: $17.13/hr – $20.65/hr (expected pay range).
Schedule
Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Shift type: Full‑time and part‑time hours available.
Responsibilities
- Make connections with guests and co‑workers
- Share our passion for the mountains during service
- Follow the leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting
- Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
- Operate a point‑of‑sale system to enter orders properly
- Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
- Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout, and at the end of the workday
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience preferred
- We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely
- Desire to learn and grow
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Minimum age: at least 18 years of age
