Barista/Market Cashier - Part Time

About the role

The Denver Marriott Tech Center is seeking a Part-Time Barista/Cashier to join their team. This role requires working weekends, mornings, and mid-shifts.

Responsibilities

• Honor each and every customer with excellent customer service and a high-quality product.
• Provide quality beverages consistently for all customers.
• Maintain quality store operations.
• Contribute to store profitability.
• Learn all aspects of the barista position.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

Skills

• Positive attitude at all times.
• Ability to hear timers and coordinate with other baristas.
• Ability to check food quality and read production charts/recipes.
• Ability to interact with guests in a positive, hospitable manner.
• Ability to use the cash register and collect money with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
