Barista - Lodge

Key Duties Include

• Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
• Handling cashiering transactions, including cash, credit, and room charges using POS systems
• Operating and maintaining espresso machines and familiarizing with menu offerings
• Answering phones professionally and assisting guests with questions and suggestions
• Managing inventory by placing orders and requisitions
• Addressing guest complaints and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications And Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong organizational skills and positive attitude
• Excellent guest service and communication skills in English
• Ability to operate cash registers, close transactions, and work independently

Physical And Work Demands Include

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and other physical activities
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and product quality awareness
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Nothing restricts management from reassigning duties. The position is union-based, with work hours assigned based on seniority.
