Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality, handcrafted beverages.
• Take customer orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences.
• Assist with basic food preparation, including pastries, sandwiches, and other light food items.
• Operate cash registers and credit card payment systems accurately.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring orders are prepared and served promptly.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
