Barista | Full Time

About the Role

Join the team at Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City, where you’ll work in our Grab-and-Go Market on the lobby level. This outlet serves guests during AM, PM, and overnight shifts, offering local artisanal goods, a full coffee bar, and specialty food items. As a Barista, you’ll prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, smoothies, sandwiches, and flatbreads while maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest orders, including preparing coffee beverages, smoothies, sandwiches, and flatbreads.
• Provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous Barista experience preferred.
• Strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (about 25 pounds).

Walk-in interviews are held every Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City, 170 S W Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. Check in at the Security Office for the meeting room location.
