About the role
Our Baristas are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering a welcoming and memorable experience. They greet every guest with a customer-first attitude, consistently demonstrating our 5 Steps of Customer Service.
Responsibilities
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
- Arrive on time
- Follow all recipes and standards precisely
- Properly operate all brewing equipment
- Prepare coffee, tea, and pastries
- Rotate through various roles including register, bar, and floater as needed
- Complete orders efficiently and with a friendly demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the café
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks and restocking according to management checklists
- Address or report any customer concerns or maintenance issues promptly
