Responsibilities

• Independently operate a remote food service area / espresso bar
• Performs routine work in preparing and serving espresso beverages and food items and cleaning activities
• Trains new or unskilled employees in the preparation and service of espresso beverages and food items; cleaning and stocking duties and departmental procedures
• Operates all espresso and/or food service equipment and machinery
• Prepares and serves food items. Stocks supplies necessary for preparation and service of beverages and food items. Displays food and espresso items in attractive manner
• Operates cash register. Handles cash, check and charge payments for beverage and food items in accordance with departmental policies and procedures

Requirements

• Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment AND one year of experience preparing and serving food and beverage

Compensation, Benefits And Position Details

Pay Range Minimum: $21.70 hourly Pay Range Maximum $24.97 hourly
