Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service that is efficient, friendly and speedy to Holy Grounds customers.
• Greets each customer promptly and courteously.
• Treat each customer as your highest priority, being mindful of customers who are waiting.
• Shares coffee and tea knowledge while actively selling all products.
• Advises customers of new coffees or teas or featured items of the week.
• Prepares all drinks according to Holy Grounds standards.
• Maintains the cleanliness and attractiveness of the Holy Ground kiosk by keeping counters and displays cleaned and fully stocked.
• Makes sure all products are labeled correctly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Formal Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Specific Job Knowledge: Interest in coffee preferred. Will need to sample and test products for quality assurance.
• Minimum Work Experience: Cashiering experience or general food service experience of 1-2 years
• Work Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service skills.Dress and grooming appropriate for Holy Grounds Concept.Able to handle numerous tasks at once.
• Equipment Knowledge: Will train on all coffee equipment.Preferred – POS and Grub Hub systems.
