Qualifications

• Specialty coffee/tea lover
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
• Solution-oriented, positive, and thrives on overcoming obstacles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to achieve results
• Able to multitask with efficiency and urgency
• Reliable transportation, punctual for all shifts and meetings
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to work largely standing, moving, bending, and reaching
• Comfortable with wearing a headset, per drive-thru operations

Responsibilities

• Create specialty coffee beverages to company standards
• Provide an excellent, uplifting customer service experience
• Maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Perform opening or closing tasks based on business needs and to company standard
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and food-safe store environment
• Continual learning about specialty coffee and tea
• Share coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffee
• Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional work environment
• Adhere to all cash handling, safety, and security procedures per company standard
