Barista - Coffee Shop

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and blended drinks, customizing orders as requested.
• Describing product details to guests and providing friendly, informative interactions.
• Processing payments accurately via cash or credit card.
• Serving baked goods and prepared foods, and maintaining well-stocked service stations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, utensils, work areas, and seating spaces.
• Monitoring equipment functionality and maintaining proper storage and inventory of supplies.
• Upholding the company's mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and follow safe food handling procedures.
• Good memory for managing multiple orders and guest preferences.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently and accurately.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
