This position involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as a coffee and food expert, ensuring operational excellence, and embodying the company's values. The role includes preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting store operations such as inventory management and product presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service and product knowledge to customers, promoting the brand and fostering a sense of community.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while ensuring consistent quality and presentation standards.
  • Assist in operational tasks, including inventory, stock management, and equipment use.
  • Support sales through product recommendations, suggestive selling, and engaging customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience in service, culinary, or hospitality industries preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to memorize menus and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and perform various physical tasks.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Health code certification may be required depending on jurisdiction.

Skills

Culinary or baking certifications, retail sales experience, and skills in presentation, multitasking, and team collaboration are advantageous.
