Responsibilities

• Provide customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation.
• Ensure customers and employees experience a friendly, upbeat, and clean atmosphere.
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday.
• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.

Pay

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr

Schedule

Full-time and part-time hours available. Seasonal position for Winter 2026/2027.
