Reporting to the Store Manager, our baristas are responsible for contributing to the distinct, educated, and unmatched coffee experience we strive to provide in and around our cafes.

About the role

Our baristas play a crucial role in creating an exceptional coffee experience. They are responsible for brewing high-quality coffee, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Brew high-quality coffee using our proprietary methods
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and product knowledge
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cafe
• Support the store manager in managing the day-to-day operations
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to excellence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Ability to handle cash and manage inventory
