About the Role

Baristas are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of guest service by providing quick, efficient, and professional service to ensure satisfaction. Duties include restocking merchandise, keeping the coffee bar clean, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guests.
• Maintain professionalism in all situations.
• Work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Adhere to proper uniform and grooming standards.
• Ensure lobby public areas are maintained and cleaned by liaising with the housekeeping department.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
