Essential Job Functions

• Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest while following the 5 Steps of Customer Service.
• Prepare beverages and food according to company recipes and quality standards, operate café equipment safely, and accurately process customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the café, complete assigned cleaning tasks, and keep workstations stocked and organized.
• Rotate between barista stations as needed, communicate maintenance or operational concerns to leadership, resolve guest concerns professionally, maintain reliable attendance, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
