About the role
The Barista is responsible for ensuring that all Resort guests have the highest quality food and beverage experience possible by providing exceptional barista skills, including prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation. You will help create a friendly, upbeat, and clean atmosphere for customers and employees.
Responsibilities
- Make connections with guests and co-workers
- Share our passion for the mountains during service
- Follow leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
- Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
- Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout, and at the end of the workday
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- No formal experience necessary—we will teach you all necessary skills to execute your job safely
- Desire to learn and grow
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Minimum age: 18 years

Pay
Starting wage: $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
