About the role
Join the Cobra Coffee family, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, as a barista. You will create the Starbucks experience by providing high‑quality service, beverages, and products while building genuine connections with customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality beverages, whole‑bean coffee, and food items in line with recipe and presentation standards.
- Support store procedures, including opening or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security tasks.
- Assist fellow partners during high‑volume periods to keep the store operating smoothly.
- Anticipate and meet customer and store needs by learning the store environment and customers’ preferences.
- Deliver legendary customer service with a “customer first” attitude, creating genuine connections.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace for both customers and partners.
Requirements
- No prior barista experience required.
- Passion for bringing joy to customers and delivering excellent service.
- Willingness to learn coffee knowledge and store procedures.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
