About the role

Better Buzz Coffee is opening a brand new location at 1402 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL 33511 in October 2026. We are seeking Baristas who thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment and are ready to help us bring the Buzz Life to Florida.

• Available – you can work at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions – our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable, including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our space clean, safe, and always ready for guests and teammates
• Learn the entirety of our business, including:
  • Cashier – Point of Sale
  • Expo – Inside & Outside Order Taking
  • Working the Drive-Thru (if applicable)
  • Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
  • Back of House – Cooking & Prepping

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay

Base pay is $15.50 per hour + tips as soon as the location is open to the public.
