About the role

Better Buzz Coffee is opening a new location in Fontana, CA (9750 Sierra Ave.) expected to open October 2026. We are seeking Baristas to join our team and help create the Buzz Life experience in this brand‑new café.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable, including kitchen food prep
• Keep the space clean, safe, and ready for guests and teammates
• Handle cashier/Point of Sale, expo, inside & outside order taking, drive‑thru (if applicable), third‑party delivery & online orders, and back‑of‑house cooking & prepping

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Pay

Base pay is $20 per hour. You will earn tips once the new location is open to the public.

Schedule

Available to work at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
