BARISTA

About the role

Under the direction of the Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor, the Barista is responsible for completing required tasks such as greeting guests, taking orders, serving coffee, operating the cash register, restocking, assisting in coffee making, cleaning, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Performs customer service and taking orders (30%)
• Preparation of food and beverage items (30%)
• Cleaning and maintaining preparation area as well as dining room area (20%)
• Operating cash register (10%)
• Restocking of supplies (10%)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 to 3 months of production experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
