About the role
Caffe Luxxe is seeking a highly motivated barista to join our team in Brentwood, Santa Monica, or Pacific Palisades. We offer an apprenticeship program that transforms new hires into professional baristas, with potential for advancement to senior roles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using our signature recipes.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Experience as a barista is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
