About the role

The Barista is responsible for fulfilling orders and completing sales transactions within the establishment and performing other support functions which may include cleaning, food preparation, display and/or stock areas and assisting with stocking activities; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general degree (GED) required
• Minimum of one-year previous experience in a food venue or guest relations position preferred

Qualifications

• Must maintain Starbucks certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Ability to multi-tasks to serve guest quickly, efficiently, and kindly
