About the role

This is a part-time position providing bedside wound management in the post-acute care setting, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. The role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care facilities
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each assigned facility
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day
• Perform clinical documentation at point of care in real-time during clinical rounds using proprietary wound-specific EMR

Training

• Paid training provided during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship
• Learn from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities
• Become an expert in wound management through comprehensive physician-level training

Schedule

• Part-time role: minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities
• Mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of practice location

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship available)
