Bariatric Program Coordinator (RN) - Full Time

Role: Responsible for developing, promoting, and coordinating the Bariatric Program and services, ensuring alignment with established practices and organizational philosophy. Key Duties: Program development, operations, presentation, budgeting, and data collection. Performs chart reviews and report writing. Provides quality bedside patient care and supports team collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: RN licensure in the state, graduate of an accredited nursing school, with knowledge of bariatric surgery and patient needs. Preferred Baccalaureate in Nursing, Certified Bariatric Nurse, and experience in public relations, data management, and interdepartmental relationships. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, computer proficiency, and ability to work independently or in teams. BLS certification required. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
