Bariatric Program Coordinator (RN) - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for the development, promotion, and coordination of the Bariatric Program and services, ensuring adherence to established practices, organizational goals, and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee bariatric care programs and services.Perform chart reviews, data collection, and report writing related to bariatric patient care.Coordinate interdepartmental relationships and public relations efforts.Provide quality bedside patient care and support program operations. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited RN nursing program with current licensure in practice state.Knowledge of bariatric surgery, patient needs, and program development.Proficiency in EMR systems, data management, presentation creation, and report writing.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, Certified Bariatric Nurse, experience in public relations, and advanced computer skills.
