Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Drive an outstanding client experience
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, hiring, and business performance
• Foster a positive, service-focused culture
• Partner with district leadership to help the shop thrive

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Barber or Cosmetology License
• 3+ years of barbering or styling experience
• 3+ years of management experience in any industry, or 1+ year managing a Floyd's location
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, hiring, and P&L management
• A passion for coaching others and building strong teams

Pay

Earn $77,000 - $125,000 annually plus monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500+ based on shop performance.
