Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves
• Consult with clients and recommend services
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Stay current on grooming trends and techniques
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Recommend and sell retail products
• Handle payments accurately and professionally

Requirements

• Active PA cosmetology or barber license
• Experience with men’s cutting and styling
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset
• Comfortable using professional tools safely
• Passion for learning and growing in the industry

Pay

Competitive base pay + tips + performance bonus. Compensation range: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time: 15–31 hours per week. Consistent weekly schedule. Nights and weekends required.
