ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a full range of barber, hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and specialty techniques.
• Congduct thorough consultations to assess guest needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in compliance with state regulations and spa policies.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of salon services, product lines, and treatment protocols, and participate in ongoing training as required.
• Ensure all workstations, tools, and equipment are properly maintained, sanitized, and prepared for each service.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through professionalism, courtesy, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and polished experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state Barber license required.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and contributing to a positive team environment.
