About the role

Interacts with beverage servers and guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Acts as an ambassador to the Resort through engaging and gregarious personality. Interacts with employees and guests in professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Checks liquor cabinets and cooler for stock pars.
• Accurately fills out par lists for supervisors’ input.
• Keeps bar and surrounding work area clean, organized, well-stocked, and presentable.
• Ensures that outlet is maintained and clean during all periods of operation.
• Completes related job duties assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience as a bar back in a high-volume operation, preferably in a Casino environment.
• Sanitation Certified.
• TIPS Training.

Skills

• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, and percentages and apply to practical situations.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables.
