About the Role

A Barback is essential to the smooth operation of fast-paced bars, assisting Bartenders by keeping all bar areas clean, stocked, and running efficiently to ensure friendly and seamless guest service. The ideal candidate is high-energy, positive, fun, and quick on their feet.

Responsibilities

• Stock, set up, and break down all bar products before, during, and after service while assisting bartenders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in all bar areas, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, glassware, and storage spaces.
• Clear and reset tables in the bar area.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks and appetizers for bar patrons.

Requirements

• Positive energy and a team-player mindset, ready to assist fellow staff.
• 21 years of age or older with working knowledge of common drink recipes and spirits.
• Strong communication skills with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
