Centered around live-fire cooking in an open kitchen, the menu features prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and homemade pastas, combining long-standing culinary traditions with unmatched warmth and personality. Responsibilities

• Batch cocktails during the day
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Set up garnishes and stock the bar inventory with ice and glassware
• Maintain a clean bar area
• Prepare the space for the service team, ensuring everything is in place for an exceptional guest experience
• Foster a lively atmosphere and keep bar operations efficient and organized

Requirements

• Basic understanding of wine and spirits
• Familiarity with minor cocktail basics (a plus)
• Ability to prep and batch cocktails off of recipes
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability and keen attention to detail

Pay

$9 per hour plus tips
