Barback

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift
• Stock bar before, during, and after shift
• Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift
• Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest’s needs
• Adheres to all RHG brand policies and procedures
• Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience
• Performs other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic bar and alcohol knowledge
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
• A guest-oriented mindset
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications
