Basic Function

Keep the bar areas stocked with supplies at all times. Make parcel deliveries to departments within the facility.

Schedule

• Monday - 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Tuesday - 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wednesday - Off
• Thursday - Off
• Friday - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Saturday - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sunday - 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Schedule subject to change

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies to bar area
• Track bar supplies
• Keep bar area stocked with supplies
• Clean all bar areas during and after the end of shift
• Check beer coolers
• Prepare bar and storage areas for inventory
• Act as back-up bartender
• Assist with cleaning up of tables in restaurant area
• Put away food & beverage deliveries on shift
• Log in & distribute UPS & FedEx Packages on shift
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No formal education required
• Able to mix and create alcoholic drinks
• Able to communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to determine when to "cut-off" patrons who consume too much alcohol
• Able to follow directions

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling
• Reaching, pushing, pulling
• Walking for long periods of time
• Standing for long periods of time
• Repetitive motion movements

Working Environment

• Inside work
• Occasional outside work
• Loud noise levels
• Exposure to cigarette smoke
• Exposure to cleaning fluids
• Use of CO2 tanks
