Barback

The Barback will support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for all player card levels.
• Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned.
• Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse and accurately recording stock items taken.
• Complete all shift side work requirements.
• Continuously maintain an organized, safe, and comfortable environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness card required.
• Minimum 1-year previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Able to learn how to prepare and serve various alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lb to chest level and stand for long periods of time.
• Available to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Able to speak and understand English.
