Support our bartenders as they craft signature beverages, playing a pivotal role in our dynamic service environment at Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal, where music, culture, and hospitality blend seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Keep our bar stocked with essentials like glassware, liquors, and fresh garnishes, ensuring everything is at hand for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, making our bar shine from opening to last call.
• Deliver orders smoothly and swiftly, ensuring our guests’ needs are met with efficiency and a smile.
• Engage with a diverse clientele, ensuring their experiences are enjoyable and safe, reflecting the true spirit of Southern hospitality.
• Handle transactions neatly, whether it’s a crisp bill exchange or a swift card swipe.
• Set the stage each evening, preparing our space to welcome guests from around the world.
• Be the heartbeat of our operations, from replenishing supplies to assisting with essential administrative tasks.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed, always aimed at enhancing our bar’s operation and our guests' satisfaction.

Requirements

• A high school graduate or equivalent; experience in hospitality or as a barback is a plus.
• A team player with excellent communication skills, ready to collaborate and add enthusiasm.
• Physically capable of managing everything from light garnishes to the heaviest kegs.
• Flexible and reliable, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for cleanliness, organization, and bar equipment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, making every interaction pleasant.
